Jarret is a director level multi-disciplinary manager based in Los Angeles, California, working most recently as a director of project management on the Xbox Social and Riot Games Social retainer accounts at the Ayzenberg Group. He has nineteen years of experience in client services, brand marketing, content strategy, creative production, market research, product management, budgeting and forecasting, resource management, and team leadership for companies such as Starbucks Entertainment, Universal Music, Limewire, Paperless Post, Media Temple, and Y&R. He has been recognized with twelve CLIOs, one Webby, and one Shorty for work with the Xbox Social team.

Coming from an art and design background, he believes great design solves complex problems in the simplest way, and is guided by this concept professionally. His successes live at the intersection of creative and analytical thinking, supported by cross-functional collaboration to build compelling work, and refinement of processes to optimize efficiency.

 

Beyond long lasting hobbies of graphic design and photography, he’s inspired by creatives like Kandinsky, Le Corbusier, Tamara de Lempicka, or BrâncuÈ™i, as well as constantly exploring music, with some recent rotations of artists like Ebo Taylor, El Rego, Hailu Mergia, Pachyman, Quantic, The Love Joys, some downtempo tracks, or deep house DJ sets.

In his free time, Jarret hikes, explores nature, and cooks with his family, enjoys learning about plants and gardening, and mixing vinyl on his turntables.
